In my first two years at Flybuys, I worked within a small team of three, managing the Coles group portfolio. This fast-paced role required handling daily BAU tasks for Coles, Liquorland, and Coles Express and contributing to large-scale projects like Coles’ quarterly collectible campaigns.

This experience honed my stakeholder engagement, project management, and effective communication skills.
